I played this course with my wife about a month ago. Its a typical 9 hole muni layout. One good thing...the fairways were never adjacent to each other...and there was a view of the mountains on a couple of the holes. A lot of other 9 hole layouts cram a lot into a little space. They did a nice job with laying out the course. That said...it had its share of funky holes. #3 was a downhill (and I MEAN downhill) Par 4 wth a creek running across the fairway about 60 to 70 yrds from the green. I mis hit a 7 wood (luckily) and was fine. You really need to play this course more then once to understand the distances. # 5 was almost straight uphill with a dog leg to the left...yet another challenge since I hit a low tee shot! Loved the final hole. Short straightaway Par 4 where I nearly drove the green. I love a easy finishing hole. Don;t get too comfortable...there is a trap in the right front! My wife didn;t like allthe ups and downs and side hill lies. There were also a few holes where the drive is a little tight. I think I paid something like $20 for the both of us w/cart..s it was a true bargain. I'd go back.
