Terrible customer service rude employees working behind the desk too busy watching the Golf Channel sometimes to help. These so-called golf pros should remember they work in Riverside. The course is crap and so are they.
This place sucks... the worst service I have ever seen. I went in after work with my kids to hit some balls on the range. The person working the counter was on the phone and completly ignored me. I stood right in front of him put a packet of tee's on the counter and he still ignored me. another customer walked in and said loduly I want to play with Mark. the guy on the phone stopped his call helped the person, then returned to his call. I left very frustrated and called back when I got home the manager answered after about 12 rings. it was the same person who had ignored me. when I informed him how angry I was at being ignored he stated that I must have called the wrong place because he never saw anyone in there with two children.
Its a great beginner course. Low cost.....
