Made tee-times through GolfNow. Wasn't able to make the tee-time due to car trouble. Called course and cancelled tee-time. 3 weeks later received an email from GolfNow saying course told them to charge me for tee-times due to my no-showing. I contacted golf course via email and was told I needed to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. I've sent 3 emails and called 3 times and the manager is never available and hasn't returned my calls. Not the customer service I expected based on past reviews. Still hoping to hear from the manager to resolve the issue.
Update: Jan 2011...Nothing has changed. Staff below par, but the course still fun and enjoyable. I do everything I can no to have to interact with the staff. But Once you clear the pro shop and the starter, you are smooth sailing. For under 40$, not bad at all. I would play more here if I could.2008:Played 18 on a Sun. Happy with the pace, 4 hours...perfect! Off the beaten path, but well worth it. Challenging at parts, and also some wide open holes. I don't mind that the staff was rude and mechanical, I just pretend they are volunteers, so it doesn't get to me. It is all about the course. The maintenance was fine, the greens were great. All in all it was worth the discounted greens fees. I will go back for sure! This course is enojoyable and nothing bad so say about it. For under $40, it is just fine.
