I played Wheatland golf course many years ago and just recently got back to play it. I have played nearly 100 courses and the design of this course is simply amazing. The undulation in the greens is well done with each green being significantly different and fun. This is one of my favorite courses. The staff is friendly and the clubhouse offers all the amenities a golfer would need. They have clubs, balls, and apparel for sale and they also do club repair like regripping and reshafting. If you are near Wheatland this is a must play course. Golf Glutton says "The course plays only 3162 yards from the tips but offers a solid combination of well conceived holes with subtle elevation changes that demand accuracy off the tee and undulating greens that are entertaining and challenging. The shaved grass areas around the greens add to the course’s ambiance providing an Augusta National feel."
