the new owners have done wonders. i have played over 100 South Carolina courses and this one is becoming one of my favorites. there is a driving range across the street. right now the scenery is gorgeous with the trees changing. one of the best features are the members, who are friendly to visitors and not the least bit snobbish or pretentious. there is a bar and grille with surprisingly good food. the course is not long which makes it just right for ladies, seniors, and juniors. the greens are mini verdi (a recent change) and roll true. if you have not played this course recently, give it another try. i think you will be pleasantly surprised.
