Great day for Early April, and the course was in great shape, greens were fast early but slowed down towards the end of the round, overall a great day of golf
I always love playing Exeter but do understand why some people have problems with it. The pace of play is notoriously bad and the greens are very slow and inconsistent. Outside of that, the course is great. A very nice design that can play quite difficult from the blue tees, with very long par 3s. The 5th hole is arguably one of the hardest par 3s in the state - an uphill 230 yard par three with trees blocking out the right side of green and OB left and long. Overall the course is in pretty good shape, would probably be top 5 public in RI if greens were a little quicker.
