Manor is a nice course. It is very hilly so walking would be difficult. I gave it a 3 star for difficulty based on the greens. They are NOT flat and are challanging to me! But I am not a strong putter! There is a very short par three that kills me every round I golf there! Rates are very reasonable and it is a friendly place to play. I would recommend to give it a try

This course caters to the senior golfer for sure. As a younger golfer (27) I found that the staff, more or less, dismissed how serious of a golfer I am. The configuration of the holes are as follows, hole 1 up hill, hole 2 down hill, hole 3 up hill and so on for the most part. I also felt that the maintenance was a bit shotty and the up down nature makes for many puddles after it rains.

A very nice shorter course with decent scenery. I'm a walker, but I'd definately reccommend getting a cart here as many of the holes are up or down major slopes adding to the uniqueness of the course. They definately could have used some water on the course as the only place to get a drink was at the clubhouse. However, for $19 it was great. They also had logo balls which is a huge plus in my books. The greens were well maintained a perfectly fair and the fairways weren't too bad either. Overall rating B+. I'd go back.

I am in my third season of playing Golf and I have tried numerous Courses throughout Lancaster and Berks County and Manor is by far my favorite. It's not the flashiest course like Foxchase or Berksliegh. It is the perfect course for the Golfer on a budget who still wants to play a great course and get top notch service.

The Manor Staff is courteous and do all they can to make your time at Manor a great one. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. Yeah they may not greet you at your car and clean your clubs, but that's a good thing; you don't have to tip anyone and that is more money for beer and hot dogs.

The Course is challenging; but even on the worst of days and the most inclement of conditions the course is always in top notch shape. Fairways are always cut, Greens are in great shape, and the rough varies by hole. You can go from light rough to a complete jungle. For every hole that steeply goes up, there is one that steeply goes down. It's a rollercoaster of a course.

I have brought many Golfer to this course and they love it. I am proud to call Manor my home course.
