I played this course yesterday and found it in good shape except for the tee boxes. It is a very tight course and not meant for wayward shots.
The course runs through row-home housing which contributes to it's lack of scenery. It is also a very tight course on nearly every hole thus upping the difficulty. If you have any sort of trouble off the tee I would not recommend this course. One of the holes does have a powerline pole right in the middle of it. Overall it's a decent course though.
