Course is in great shape since First Tee took over. Improving the complex as I write. Could use some directional signs to tee bixes.Anthony and crew are doing a wonderful job there. Be back next week.

I should have listened to more of the reviews for this course before playing it. An absolute dog track and I won't be returing with so many other options in the area even though a bit pricier. Where to begin - rock hard tee boxes (bring your jack hammer to get a tee in) when there is an actual tee box (example, the 17th tee box is basically a patch of rough), patchy fairways and very slow greens. Cartpaths - should be renamed dust daths with gullies and rocks. Decent lies - forget about it! With some TLC and additional maintenance, this would be an interesting course layout but the years of neglect show. I hate to imagine what it was like before the new management company took over. For the slightly good news - only $20 for the round with a cart on a Friday afternoon because my playing partner had a coupon, and course is generally wide open so you can play shots that go off center. Overall, and even at this price, I wouldn't say its a good value. Personally, I'd rather pay twice as much and be able to actually play golf properly.

Overall It's a good course, I am a beginner golfer and I just played my second overall round here and being a native from Philadelphia I'm pleased with the upkeep and difficulty of this course coupled with the great deal I got online with the tee time I booked, the course was quite challenging but offered plenty of lay up area along with forgiving greens, lots of downhill and uphill holes channel distance control and there are plenty of bunkers surrounding the greens here to watch out for.

Not too bad for a public course. The greens were in good shape. Fairways and traps were well kept. The tee boxes on several holes were hitting off of complete dirt. I broke several tees just trying to tee my ball. It is a good value once you get a frequent player card. $25 a round and Tues. and Wed it includes lunch.

The conditions of the course were pretty decent. Many kids, walkers, dog walkers and other non-golfers on the course walking across your fairway. I would not play this course again.
