On the plus side, course gets very light play, so it might not be a bad place to practice if you can gain access easily. On the minus side, fairways are pretty spotty, greens are so pocked that trying to get any putting practice is useless, and the course is not at all scenic. It is walkable, but takes some effort to do so. There are plenty of tees for some different looks if you want to turn the 9 into 18, but mostly they just change the distances to the greens. For the money, you are much better playing the course at the Carlisle Barracks, which looks like Augusta National compared to Riverview, but that course can get crowded.
