Showed up early teed off late due to the group ahead of us. Held up at every tee box through 9 by that group as the group behind us harassed us. Ranger stopped us after 9 and asked our tee time said we are right up with the other group. We told him the group behind us Is antsy asked if we should let them play through he said no just stay with the group in front. Despite that conversation still waited at 10 To tee due to group ahead of us. Imedietly after arriving to our tee shots to hit 2nd shot one of the players from the group behind us with a flag on his cart apparently a "ranger" as well comes rudely stating we are asking everyone to speed up tee times are backed up...he went on Came back said it's another group. We said make sure the guys behind us know they keep hollering at us. He says I am the group behind you they had no one to ranger today so I'm doing it as I play.,....he then continued to be rude behind us the rest of the round..... never will go back. Shame
Played this course on 8/29/14... this course was in absolutely pristine shape!! The greens were wicked fast(just like i like 'em) the fairways and rough were lush. Nice view of a river lazily rolling around a few of the holes. Now that being said, the course is hilly with lots of blind shots that you will remember for the second time you play it. It is a "shotmakers" course meaning for the longer hitters you will need to hit irons off the tees. I played it on golfnow for $20 so for that it was a great value....
Short and hilly with a couple of terrible tricked up holes. Maintenance had improved but two greens were ruined this summer. A good course for senior citizens who want to ride. It is a little pricey for Lancaster County although occasionally they have some good specials
played on july 24th most of the course was in good shape. the only thing i did not like was that a couple of greeens were in bad shape.one had no grass so they painted it green to have the appearnce of grass. nice course to play when the greens recover.
