Brasada Canyons

This is a beautifull course in south central oregon just east of Bend. One of NCGA's top picks to play in Oregon. This course is open to the public (for a price). We stayed there at one of the resort cabins for a week. Course fee was $139 all day any day. Resort staff and amenities were above expectations. NOTHING TO IMPROVE. As you might expect for a resort, prices for everything are a little higher than average, especially in the restaurant, but food is excellent. Course is challenging but not without reward. There is only one water hazard on the course (on the 18th green). All other trouble off fairways play as lateral hazards. Savana or Desert rules apply to all balls hit in the rough. Bunkers are plentifull but not oppressive. Scenery is spectacular, with mount Bachelor and the Sisters in view on most tee boxes. This place has it all (again for a price). If you're in the area on vacation and plan on staying for a week or so, check out their website, give this jewel a chance. You'll come home happy.
