Very well maintained. Great views, simply beautiful. The par 5s are reachable in 2 from the blue tees, which is nice. Tree placements punish a fairly deep fade/slice which I found fair. On a couple of holes I found myself with no second shot toward the hole and I didn't deserve one after my tee shot. The greens can be difficult. The par 3s are pretty long. I hit a 7 wood pretty solidly on the 1st tee and didn't make it to the green...it may be downhill, but it is a legitimate 242 down the hill. The prices were outstanding...great value. It is a bit of a trip for me, but I'll make sure to play there again.
