Have to agree with the last review. Horrible upkeep. No ball washers, no benches to sit on. Has really gone downhill in the last year or two. Grass is too high to walk thru to get to the shelters if it rains. Looks like it has not been mowed/cut all season. Not sure what is going on here, but would not recommend this course.

I am really surprised with the other reviews on this course and suspect either a couple of scenarios:
1) reviews were "encouraged" by folks close to or working for the course
2) it has really fallen off in the past 12 months

From my perspective the course has been really badly maintained:
they did warn us about the frost damage on some of the greens BUT all of the greens had bare patches and some were infected with other grasses.
All the bunkers that I saw had rocks in them - it was clear that a few had just had sand poured in them.
Off the fairways there were also patchy rough with many rocks. I expect to be somewhat punished if I miss a fairway but I don't want to put my wrists in danger let alone beat my clubs up. I'll say the tee boxes were OK. The sad thing here is the actual layout is interesting - I like tree lined courses and there are some pretty holes to be sure but the overall status of the place was scrappy. My playing friends were also not impressed. I'd rather spend a few more bucks and see some investment in the maintenance of the course that reflects the beauty of the layout. We won't be coming back.

This is a difficult course. Very tight fairways. You have to play smart. No shot is easy but it can be the most fun you have playing golf.
