Went with some friends and we could all agree it’s a very enjoyable and well kept course, most definitely worth playing.

This is a well kept, fun course to play, but the front 9 allows Foot Golf which really detracts from the golf experience. Love to see kids running around kicking balls and having a good time but not on the golf course when you're trying to work on your game. Management seems committed to this new use of their course, so we will look elsewhere for our next tee time.

In response to the previous review, I feel that a few details need to be clarified to give golflink viwers a more accurate impression of Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club. It is quite unfortunate that the previous reviwer felt the need to offer such a negative, one-sided review, and they managed to leave out a few key details about their day on the course. Each player in their group that day was (admittedly having more than 8 beers each) highly intoxicated and abusive toward the golf course, the staff and the course property. Not only were they (intentionally) running over trash cans with their golf cars, but they were also playing "bumber cars" with the cars as well, which makes our decision to "ask them to walk" rather justified. The staff at Sagamore is one of the friendliest and most considerate in all of NH, and it's only when we encounter intoxicated & inconsiderate individuals (which is not that often) when we need to act in the best interest of everyone... and in this case, the best solution was for these golfers to walk and leave the course as quickly as possible. In conclusion, we just felt that it was important to offer our side of the story, so that golflink viewers are able to receive a more accurate and equitable view of Sagamore. Furthermore, we would like to encourage the previous reviewer and his friends to return to Sagamore and try playing the course sober... I am sure that they will have a different impression of things!

I WILL NEVER PLAY THIS GOLF COURSE AGAIN. I played here with 3 buddies and had a match going one Sunday afternoon. First of all the course is a joke, the first three holes I hit driver to 60 wedge in with no hazards or doglegs. The place is a Muni in a sense.
The real issue are the people who work and run the course and I hope they read this review. I have been playing golf for 10+ years now and I have never had an encounter with a pro and ranger like I did at this dump. A playing partner of ours ran into a garbage can because he was looking back at our cart. We almost go thrown off the course by a ranger who did not know what he was doing. He held up about 4 groups yelling at us in the middle of the 15th fairway and even went as far as to run and take our golf cart keys out of our carts! Who does that? The pro came by aand tried making us walk which is hilarious. I said if you make me walk you refund my money. Once they realized how dumb they were and the scene they just made they let us finish and stared us down the whole rest of the round. I shot 76 and my buddy shot 75 on your joke of a course, and that was after 8+ beers. DO NOT PLAY THIS COURSE, IT IS TERRIBLY MAINTAINED AND IS NOT WORK 65$, They should pay us for the trouble and the waste of my Sunday afternoon.
