I played this course in July of '12 and it was extremely hot on this course. The course was super dry due to the regional drought conditions. Apparently the farming community gets the dibs on the water - totally understandable. The course does have many mature trees which provided much needed shade.
The greens were hand watered and were in good shape, the sizes ranged from small to enormous.
The course was very open with differing fairway widths. The 16th hole par 5 played 658 yds from the tips!! It felt like the hole would never end. Favorite holes were 5, 15, 16, & 18.
This course has a lot to offer with elevated greens, tees, and tunnels to travel between holes.
The dryness aside, I would definitely recommend Eldorado Hills. The pro shop staff was great and the rates were fair.

The employees are amazing people! They will do anything to accommodate your needs! The golf course is beautiful, greens are great, well worth playing especially for the price!
