Considering the age of the course and the cost of greens fees, this course should be in better condition. It's kinda sad. The tee boxes are rough and uneven. Fariways have crab grass everywhere and the greens are infested with centipede grass which makes putting impossible. I would rather go to Jamestown Park GC or Oak Hollow GC, they're in superior condition to this course.
Very nice course for a beginner/casual player like myself. I can walk the front nine after work. Great value for the money.
