Played this course on 6/1/17. My first time here. The course was in great shape. Played from the whites which is between 5500 and 5600 yards. It was no pushover from that yardage. This is a pretty hilly course and the uphill holes are pretty tough. A number of the holes have a pretty tight driving area and there are a couple of holes with blind tee shots. To the course's credit they have markers that give the yardage to the end of the fairway or the hazard. The greens were a little slower than I'm used to, however they rolled true. Number 9 as someone pointed out is a real challenge. I had a decent round going into that last hole! Downhill lie...big pond...you know the rest... Next time...... I really liked the course and look forward to a return soon!
Played here earlier this week and had a wonderful round. Despite all the rain in the area, this course has held up great. No standing water anywhere and the greens were in good shape. (a bit slow for me) Agree with previous comments that the course offers a great challenge for any golfer. I am definitely coming back. ( at less than $20/walking, it is also a great deal)
Great variety of holes ...well maintained tees , fairways and greens ...Greens are a little fast but very fair .. Par 5`s can be reached in 2 , but require 2 very good shots .. i driveable par 4 ( #14 ), but you better hit it straight because OB on both sides ...#9 is one of the toughest par 4`s anywhere ( lay up to pond , then long 2nd shot uphill to green ) ... Great rates ( we played for $13.00 ) .. call ahead for rates though , because they have special rates on certain days of the week ( they even have weekend specials ).. I`m definitely going back .
