Great value, if you walk. The carts are pricy. I played in January, a few days after some rain, so the greens were quite rough in some spots and soggy in others. It would be nice if they had driving range to loosen up. Still, the price cannot be beat unless you want to play in cow patch.Played again in June. The back 9 is much nicer with bigger greens. They do love their 336 yard holes. White tees: # 7 - 336, #8 - 336, #9 - 337, #14 - 336. And four others within 20 yards.
