It is true there is no beverage cart on this course. However, not being a 4 year old child, I know enough to bring water with me on a 95 degree day if I'm going to be out in the hot sun. I NEVER depend on a beverage cart being on the course because I know from experience that courses do not have them out open to close 7 days a week. I also know that even if there is one, I always see her at hole 2 and never afterwards. That is why I ALWAYS get what I will need at the bar before I start for the first 9 holes so I am not dependant on her and get more on the turn. Water Coolers on the course-no thanks. Not every course provides these and even if they do, I would never drink from these. I would not put my health in jeopardy for a drink from them. As far as not paying the rangers, I believe this is common in the golf industry and the rangers are usually golfers themselves, so they are not ignorant with how play should flow. With that said, I find this course is VERY well maintained, has a friendly staff and great pricing on golf and food in the clubhouse when I finish a round. One of my favorites.

Played this course as a 4some 07022011 for $45 a golfer with an 0830 tee time. Pleasant staff to start and very nice proshop and grill. HOWEVER, with temps predicted in the mid 90's with high humidty I was amazed and eventually mad that there was no beverage cart and no water cans on this course. At the turn I went in and advised the staff at the proshop about my displeasure and they advised the owner wouldn't allow a beverage cart and that there was water at the restrooms(holes 2/3/12). In that you usually aren't needing hydration on the second hole and you will definitely get something on the turn you are sol when you get thirsty on holes 4 thru 9 and 12 thru 18. For the quality of the rest of the course(greens-fairways tee boxes all at least in good shape) this lack of water is completely stupid. Last observation: the rangers at this course aren't paid staff-rather they get free golf thus I wasn't surprised when the ranger at hole 16 advised we had to keep up with the group in front of us. When we asked him what else he expected us to do in that we had been held at every hole at least 3 to 5 minutes for the group in front of us to clear-he appeared somewhat confused. You get what you pay for :/
