I have only played this course three times... and each time pace of play is ridiculously slow... seniors are more worried about fishing balls out of the creeks than playing golf.

Tee to green condition is rather good considering I'm sure they have a small budget. But the greens are great! Country club quality and smoothness! Fast and smooth! I will be back for sure based on greens playing surface conditions alone!

Pace EXTREMELY slow. played it 5 times this year and everytime you spend majority of the time waiting on tee boxes. Course itself lowend hence the cost but rather spend $10 more not to deal with the pace issue.
