before you golf at Fern Hill...please read this. i have golfed here for the last 8 years. on sept. 9th, 2012 i was assaulted by an employee for asking why the hell they pulled all the pins at 7:30 p.m. this elderly employee claimed he was the man in charge and cursed me out in front of my 10 year old son as well as my wife and mother-in-law. worse than the physical assault...he actually SPIT in my face!!! he claims its because i told him not to be an "a-hole". at this point...nobody from Fern Hill has stepped up to make things rite. im a golfer...i pay to play the game as it was meant to be played, with flags...im very polite and give respect and deserve it back! as for the course itself...its gone to hell this year. not sure why but its full of huge holes in the fairways as well as the tee boxes have nearly no grass. very disappointing n surely don't take any young ones there to golf...go else where...please
