The beauty of the sport of Golf was introduced to me through this course. It was not my first time golfing, however it was my most memorable experience. Prior to coming to this course the places I had been had not been inviting or accepting of amateurs like me. At this course it is very apparent that it’s owners not only care about the game but also all it’s golfers regardless of skill level. I was treated like I was a stud in golf by the staff and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. I will definitely be going back as I look forward to developing my game more.

Now I am by no means an extremely confident golfer but I had an incredible day at The Woods! The scenery alone would have been a good enough reason to come, not to mention the courteous and professional staff that helped me with my blatantly novice questions and concerns. All in all an excellent experience and I look forward to my next visit!

Not only is the course maintained to the highest of standards, the staff inside the club house and around the course grounds could not have been friendlier. A welcoming, yet challenging place that I found to be just perfect for my skill level as a golfer.

One of the nicest courses I have played in a while. The immaculate fairways, consistent greens and clean bunkers made my round more than enjoyable. Add that on with the beautiful greens and great people, this feels like my new favorite course. Will definitely be coming back for more rounds in the near future!

Awesome course and even better hospitality. I’ve played a ton of golf this summer and this was by far my favorite round. I played with my dad and we just had a great time. The course owners are great people and made me feel like family for the brief interactions I had with them. They really care about the course and want everyone to have a memorable experience. The course it’s self is beautiful and extremely well kept. Can’t wait to play this course again and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

WOW! Absolutely, love this course....The Woods of Westminster is a MUST play. The layout is spectacular a well designed course with immaculate approachable greens should you be inclined to play your second and third shots from the carpeted fairways. All the while you’ll find yourself surrounded with breath taking views... hole number 9 will satisfy what it is like to tee off from the clouds. The Woods of Westminster simply put is a really fun course to play. It’s obvious the ownership takes pride in providing a memorable experience to all of its customers as I witnessed a young boy exclaiming to his father while passing the club house “I just can’t believe I chipped in” and was then greeted by who I discovered after was a principal owner named Danny who said “you did, how about that” ! Then proceeded to present the lad with a golf cap and a heart felt congratulations. The course, the owners and the day was awesome!

Bad experiences today. First , had 12:20 tee time, ready at 12:15 and had 3 gentlemen who’s tee time was 12:30 cut in front of us,rudeness. Had no starter so there were 3 groups backed up on first tee.
Called the club house to see about starting on the back, that was ok but when we got to the 10th hole we had 2 women already there who said that they had the back blocked so they could practice for their league play later in the afternoon.
I don’t think this course is looking for new members or repeat visitors. Backed up holes, no starter or ranger to keep play moving. Unfriendly members .

Worst golf experience I've ever had! It's Oct. 24 2019, it looks like the course hasn't been cleaned in forever. First nine holes lost 5 balls that were hit in the fairway..... you heard that right! Balls hit in the fairway were lost! On hole 11 I think, I hook up with two guys..... they happen to be black. Staff member drives up in a cart all friendly with the black guys, then he turns to me and asks when did you start, not realizing there is a problem yet I say a little after noon. Then he says did you pay for 18? Now im thinking, wtf is going on here.....I say ya. Then this asshat continues playing grab @$!*% with the two black guys. Mean while im watching this and I'm steaming. Then I decide im going to grab my receipt out of my wallet and I call this bastard over and say here! Here's my receipt!..... now it gets ugly. He makes a comment like I was just wondering and I respond ya you go ahead and wonder.... he doesn't like that. As I head to the tee I say loud enough for him to hear, "you keep wondering. I've got nothing better to do with my life than try and steal 9 holes of golf on October 24th! He doesn't like that so he starts looking threw my cart and sees I brought a six pack of glass bottles of wachusett blueberry beer.... he throws at me I wasn't supposed to do that. I say I didn't know. He says you didn't see the huge sign at the restaurant entrance. I said no. He says do you know how to read? Im lived! He says you do know how to read, don't you? At this point I wanna kill this POS!

I WAS THINKING ABOUT BECOMING A MEMBER! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN NOW! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE RACIAL UNDERTONES!

Nice course. Priced appropriate and everything is in good shape. Greens need to be much faster as the stimp is around a 4-5. Weekday special is the best deal around and the lunch has good quality choices. Not a long course but requires holding back and playing smart.

A friendly family run course. My advice is to buy the dailey special. The food is worth it, and there is an extremely long walk to one of the holes. The course is relatively short, but in excellent condition; however, it is short on real estate east to west. They should widen the fairways. From the tips, some of the landing areas are very limited. Overall, I had a good day, and the views are gorgous, and the staff was very friendly.

This is a jewel of a course with the friendliest of staff. There is hardly ever a wait here, the course is in great shape, and the views are fabulous! My most favorite place for a round of golf and a great lunch. Well worth the trip!

Have played here twice a week all summer and think the course is in great condition. It has a great layout and some one of a kind holes. It is so peaceful and quiet on this course, the owners and staff are very friendly and the lunch deal is unbeatable. I don't know how anyone could complain. The guy in the previous post must not hit straight off the tee and is mad because he lost a lot of balls! Sometimes you have to check your ego at the tee and pull out your 3 wood instead of your driver!

Played there recently and was really disappointed with the course. It has a strange layout and the fairways were in really tough shape. Greens had water on them and it was really backed up with a ranger no where to be found. The par fours were short and the course in general was short. You CAN NOT walk this course. It is the steepest I have ever seen!! Skip this one, it's a waste of money.
