I am from Texas and this course is my 18th to play of a 50 States Golfing Quest. I gave this course a 3.5, not because I didn't like the course, or that it was too hard, but simply because I received such a cool, rude reception from the staff. I am aware that some fellows don't like women who want to play golf and that doesn't really bother me, but when you show up to play and feel like they wish you would just move on to another course, well, it is not a good impression for Massachusetts. I played all the holes with a zeal and it is a tough rolling hills course in or near the Miles Standish Forest. Absolutely beautiful at every turn. Worth all the rudeness and I had a great time. One of the toughest and most memorable courses I have played to date.
