Nice course - it plays much tougher than its course and slope rating.

Highland Links is a links course right on the ocean on the Cape. Stunning views of the ocean from some holes. The course is 9 holes, par 35 and not very long, but the fairways are not wide. There is a small cut of "normal" rough, followed by fescue grasses and other natural vegetation that is not fun to hit out of. If you are hitting the ball very straight, you will do quite well, but if not, bring a bunch of golf balls.

Not sure what eperry0816 witnessed, but we had no problems with the staff. Everyone was friendly to us and accommodating also.

A round of golf this time of year (summer) is quite pricey, but so is every other course on the Cape in the summer.

In summary, a nice course on the Cape with stunning views.

A beautiful links course that is one of a kind on Cape Cod.

As close to Scotland or Kent as possible in the US. Unlike any other course on the Cape or even in the US. If you don't want to fly to the UK but want to play links golf, just come to Highland Links on Cape Cod. The only thing that would make it more like Scotland would be if the bunkers had rivetted (Scotland-style) faces, which they don't, but the gorse and heather still triggers thoughts of the courses across the pond.

A great, scenic golf course manned by the surliest staff in any proshop nationwide. The stress/misery index by those running the place just taints the experience of an otherwise great course at a great value. Nice to have played it, but too many other options on Cape that come without the attitude.
