The course is...fine. It's even better if you love dandelions. I've never seen a club so overgrown with do much of that vile weed before. The tee boxes are terrible and navigating the place is tough for someone who's never played there. Having said all of those wonderful things, this place could be an absolutely great course! The potential is certainly there as the holes are challenging and laid out nicely. Pretty sure they overbook this thing to death which makes for some grumpy players, but with a little elbow grease I really think it could be an excellent place to play

MY husband and I played this course last week. It was aweful. I "lost" my ball on the 2nd and 3rd hole due to the over abundance of leaves. There were piles of leaves everywhere on the fairway!!! IT was very frustrating. To hit a good shot, and then lose the ball. Plus, the wait time to tee off at each hole was at least 10 minutes. Luckily we only played 9 holes. WE will NEVER play there again. Oh, BTW the odor from a "cow" farm was overwhelming.

Played here just last week right before a tournament started. Course was in terrible shape. The tee boxes on certain holes were hard as a rock, and covered with rocks, dirt etc.. For the price you can play ARV or Swansea and feel like you got your $$ worth. I'd never play here again unless it was $30.
