I wouldnt recomend this course. Some of the holes are just a tee box and a green with no fairway to speak of, its a very dumb layout. 9 hole in the city means more golfers sharing less course. If your looking for a nicer 9 hole muni course go to Crescent Hill.
I was not impressed with this course. It's your standard parks course as far as grass quality, amenities and cost. This is easily one of the most difficult courses I have played in the area. Many fairways and greens have a very steep grade...steep enough you can hook the ball left and end up on the right side of the fairway. For me, this course wasn't enjoyable. Crazy steep grades, tight fairways and steep greens are a recipe for disaster...and a high score.
