Just played here for the 1st time yesterday, 11/4/2018. Conditioning is not the best but it wasn't the worst course I've played. Fairways were spotty and majority of greens had some small areas where there was no grass. Would be a good scramble course but not a course I would play again in the near future. I agree it would be a good course for those just getting started.
Great course for those starting out, or want a relaxing game of golf. Not a lot of water, and no sand. Most holes are straight, or have slight bends. One thing about the course that I did not care for is the lack of cart paths. However the layout is easy to follow. Fun place for a scramble.
Perfect little starter course! Excellent condition. I play this with my 14 year old son often, as it's the best place to teach a kid how to play. Very little use and very laid back. Favors a slice (only two holes will a slice turn out poorly). Green's are in perfect condition right now. Just played last weekend and shot a -1 (71). Highly recommend for those just learning how to play.
Look like a cow pasture with crappy greens on it. No bunkers, don't take credit/debit cards. Horrible. Still charged $32
