I was the first group out in the morning with what should have been a fresh cart. It lasted 4 holes and I traded it in for another. This one also had problems and needed to be pushed up hills and finally died on the 14th hole. When I addressed the problem after the round at the desk, all I got was a "Yep, we have been having problems with the carts." No apology or offer to comp the cart fee. Not my idea of good customer service.
I went to Edwood Glen 4 times before I bought my membership. Was given a great deal for the whole family. Was treated like I was a pro. Course was in great shape except for weeds in the sand traps. Perfect course for family and working on improving your game. Very impressed on the way I and my four boys where treated
