I made my reservation on 8/24 and asked if there was anything going on (tournaments, outings, etc). I was advised that there were 2 different member tournaments but they would be finished teeing off by noon. Little to my surprise, I arrived and noticed a 181 person golf outing. I was told by staff that I couldn't get a cart because of the outing and I should of planned ahead. Finally got a cart at about 1:45 and after making it to the first tee, found myself waiting for 4 groups to tee off. Ridiculous. There were several people there that golf the course regularly and they were extremely unhappy with the way everyone was treated. Very poor business on White Hawks part. The course was not as nice as I thought but the problems with the outing and the staff made it very unpleasant. First and last time at this course....... Golfers beware.

Overpriced, but an enjoyable course if you can find a discount tee time. This is the newest of the nines and is much longer (3461 even from the white tees) and different in character from the others. It looks like it was laid out over what had been swamp land, resulting in nine holes of target golf. Much tighter then the others, it even has some island fairways. Also has some blind shots as the result of overgrowth. Maintenance is subpar, but they were dealt a tough hand with so many wetlands. Greens are very tough, you have to hit your approaches to the right spots because of the undulation, but its tough when you're hitting long irons into many greens.

Played this course several times and always come away with a good experience. This nine has a few forced carries & some blind shots.
There is some concern that the maintinance is lacking in some areas. The sand traps were in terrible shape and greens had plenty of unrepaired ball marks. I've always been an advocate that you don't get to play unless you have a ball repair tool & know how to use it. Our group rated it a 7 out of 10 (better than average but can be better)
