Ironwood has some of the best greens in Central Illinois acclaimed by most of the tournament players. It has come a long way since its early days with the nickname "Ironwind" because of the prairie winds and lack of trees. All has changed now after 20 years of forestation and a top notch greens keeper and pro. It is a great value.
