Worst course ever!! U couldn't tell rough from fairway. Greens are supper shaggy.

Avoid this place. A round can take 5 1/2 hours. No starter and they let people tee off too close. The logjam was unbearable. Tiny greens, bugs galore, poorly maintained fairways, dangerously close teeboxes, dangerous blind drives and on and on. Not sure where others are used to playing, but this is no 3 star track

What I like about this course are the pleasant people that work there, the scenery and the quietness. They could put up some screens around a few holes for safety, like number 8 tee box, 17 tee box. I am a regular there, well known and they will get me on the tee-box whwnever I show up. Greens are small, which I like. When I'm close, I like to chip to the hole instead of a 50 foot putt, like at Clinton Hills. They run very good tournaments too and one of the few courses that have covered cart for Winter play. My 4-some plays year round and we use their covered carts, put our heaters in the cart and we have a great day there. Bad is that some tee boxes are too close to the green you just finished, like 8 or in the line of fire for an errant shot like hitting on #18 tee box while golfers are hitting to # 17. Would also be nice to have water on about every 3 holes when it's 90 degrees, instead of waiting for a marshal to come by with water.
