I am a new golfer and my wife has just started as well. This is a great family course for you and your kids to learn the game. I will continue to go here even as I progress and get better. We all have to learn and have a great time without feeling a ton of pressure. This is a great place fore that.
Owners have done amazing job with improvements-they are dedicated to making this a family friendly course. Great place to bring your kids to learn or just knock the rust off your game. Great value. Do NOT play here if you have no golf etiquette-patience needed if learners ahead of you-just go out and enjoy the round...I ALWAYS DO. Heidi G
I play this course regularly and have for the past few years. Yes there are some hackers, some older couples, dads or moms with their kids, beginners, etc. But that's to be expected for the low greens fees. They deserve some credit for not raising fees over the years. This is a course with no par 5 holes, the few par 4s are pretty short compared to a standard 9 hole course. The maintenance of greens is better than average, fairways could use a bit of work as far as extra watering and weeding. Blind tee shot over a small hill on #6 probably most challenging hole, also longest hole at 285 yds. All in all a pretty good bargain these days if you can't afford to play a perfectly manicured course. Still challenging and fun if you appreciate a sunny day and a reason to escape your everyday doldrums for 90 minutes or so at a decent price.
