I played here on 6/25/14. Leading up to the course people were telling me to skip this one because of a quirky layout and the course is going through some management problems. I stuck to my plans and decided to play it and was glad that I did. This course was in great shape except for a few greens that suffered some ice damage from the winter but they were working on it.
The course was laid out a little weird. You would wind yourself through some homes by having to drive your cart on the street and drive right between houses to get to the next hole. Weird but that's all. Holes were tight together and you had to contend with homes too.
The greens were sloped and the fairways were rolling making it difficult. Good signage everywhere telling you what you needed to know. Pace of play was an issue I thought. I loved this course and can't figure out why I was told to stay away, it had to be more than the quirkiness and mgmt issues?!?
