This is a very popular course with locals, so expect a full 4 hours to play in the am. It has excellant greens and fairways. The course has huge greens and nearly every green has humps and valleys and you wont have many straight in putts. Its fairly easy to have a 60 or so foot putt, so two putting shouldnt be taken for granted. Easily walkable and for $21 to walk this is a great course and value.
