I was curious if the Turkey reviewer was from the Midwest? My understanding was that all of the Central Iowa golf courses suffered major, weather related damage in 2010. I played in late October and the fairways had all filled in to near perfection and all but one tee box was open. The golf course didn't tell me about how nice the fairways had come back when I made my reservation though.

8/24/10 - Played there two days ago. The MOST disgusting golf experience of my 30 years of playing golf all over the country. ENTIRE fairways, and tee boxes were barren of grass. Pathetic substitute tees and horrible greens. I would not play there again if it was free - and they did not warn us about the conditions when reservations were made. DO NOT PLAY THERE!!!!

Nice course. Has a few different holes that you have to hit across bodies of water. There are no bunkers however. They have a great early Monday special where if you book your tee time online before 3:00 pm the green fees are only $5.00.
