normally I dont write reviews but I should have read the previous reviews more closely. All I will say is I tried it, I didnt like it and I wont be back. It was very obvious that if you're not a regular here the CS stinks. Its a public course.
Not impressed, been told by my coworkers that it used to be nicer back in the day. Its a 9 hole course but you can play it twice. Not interested in playing the same course over. The greens were below to average from other courses locally, I guess that's what you get for a city owned course. There is hardly anything in the pro shop and theirs no food available. Staff I thought was rude and I asked for a bigger time slot since I took my elderly father with me which I didn't get, even though they said it was play at your own pace. We had a group behind us that was rude and if you want to die walking in Florida this is the place to go as you don't ride carts
I will agree with the last accurate post. Crappy course and crappy staff. The last post by Jim L. must be an employee with a fake review considering he doesn't have any other reviews himself. Wont ever go back there. Rather go to a 18 hole course, pay a little more and get the most out of my time and money. Maybe Anthony shouldn't take offense to people criticizing your customer service skills or LACK OF.
The last review is funny, the account was created the day the review was made and they have no other rounds or reviews. WP9 is a hidden gem, voted one of the best 9 hole courses in the country, greens are great and one of the best condition courses in the Orlando area. The staff including Anthony are the best around and always professional and courteous
Very short, greens were okay. Its a walking course. 5 golf carts to rent and expensive. fairly reasonable with prices for play. Not fond of employees. Dealt with a jerk behind the counter that was condescending towards me and couldn't stay off his cell phone. Name on badge was Anthony. Thinking of calling the city of WP to make a complaint I was so annoyed leaving the pro shop. Asked him about the golf course layout since it was my first time there and some general questions and his phone was pinging non stop and he kept texting back and forth with whom ever it was. Very bad customer service
Terrible course, poorly groomed, incredibly slow play, and extremely rude staff!! Don't waste your time or money!
