Actually a very good course. Good elevation, greens are always top notch, and they are always pretty quick and attentive. The other reviewers are correct in that the clubhouse and food options leave a lot to be desired, but if you're just looking for golf, it's worth checking out.

My buddy and I played here on a EXTREMELY windy day in January. The weather was in the 70s with a consistent wind of 20+ mph. The course is set up quite nicely and the greens were in great shape. The clubhouse is a bit disappointing since its mainly a trailer dbl wide. The pro shop items are limited as is the food list. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We used "golfOrlando web page to book our tee times . Most of the courses down there have better rates on web sites for golf. BUT some offer deals with lunch etc that you can only get by calling the courses. They negotiate quite easily on price. I would love to play this course in better weather conditions. There isn't much there to block the wind and its a bit hilly, so wind may always be a factor there. Would definitely return!

Played the course 4/17/2011. Fantastic shape. Greens are perfect and quick. Played as a 2 person at 4:00pm and was done at 6:45pm. Best course and value in the area. If this course was near a city it would be private or $$$$$. I paid $25.00.

First impressions are always lasting. I am not a picky golfer at all, but I was very underwelmed by Eagle Dunes. The clubhouse is a trailer, the driving range it beat up, the driving range balls should have been replaced 8 seasons ago and the starter was very rude!

However, a very challenging layout and the greens are in great shape. The tee boxes are average and the fairways are hard as a rock. The bunkers are not very well kept.

Overall, would not return.

Course is amazing, very long and difficult. Greens are immaculate!! Some of the truest rolling greens I have ever played on. It is in the boonies, but well worth the drive if you are out in the area.

Absolutely a must play. Course is in super condition and the greens are fabulous. You have to place your ball carefully and if you are off target you will be punished, bunkers are like the sahara desert. Course staff very friendly and helpful, good practise area. The best greens in the area so far.
