I had a Sunday morning hot tee time for Bartley Cavanaugh GC, Sacramento, CA from GolfNow and when I got to the course I was told that I was not on the list. I showed them my confirmation number from GolfNow and they said that's an issue between you and GolfNow. I called GolfNow and they couldn't explain the issue to me. GolfNow called the course to confirm my issue and said all they can do is give me a refund since the course has another person on that slot. I said I didn't wan a refund, I want to play golf. I asked GolfNow to fix the issue and they said talk to the course. What kind of partnership is this? I talked to the course manager about the issue and he said he couldn't do anything. I then asked him to match the price I paid for on GolfNow. I was told no and was told to deal with GolfNow. Are you even a manager or a seasoned local golfer they asked to be a manager? No management skills at all. I ended up paying for the full Sunday price, which was double the quoted price on GolfNow. Very disappointing experience with with Bartley Cavanaugh GC and GolfNow. I recommend better opportunities, such as EZlinks.com, teetimes.com, golflinks.com, and activegolf.com for online booking. The following course have great customer/management service Bing Maloney, Wild Hawk, and Ancil HoffMan. Don't waste your time here everyone.

Very nice municipal off the Highway 5 freeway (which honestly can be a bit distracting on some holes). Holes are variable. Some are in country club condition. A little costly considering the number of local alternatives. Would I play it again? Yes, if I can still get a good discount.
