Wed Oct12 2011. All greens have been punched. River and Pine. Greens covered in sand and holes.
Played from the blues, Course is straight forward. There is not too much to figure out inregard to where to hit it or how to manage your shot. No water, two dog legs, three fairway bunkers, Most the holes look the same. They are all mostly just straight, flat and wide. You never stand on the tee box and think about how to play the hole, no strategy. Just 2 long par 4s (450,470ish) one longish par 3 (210). But they are easy to up and down if you can't reach them in 2.

Range is long and wide, matts are old. But the range is fine. The practice greens were closed, punched and sanded.
I played for about 20$ so I can't really pick holes in this muni for the price.
I think for the ladies the forward tees are too long. In many cases the ladies tees were only 20 yards in front of the tips. A few holes had a big diff from tips to reds, like 100yads, but 80% of the holes you can jump from blues to reds. Move the forward tees up further and give the ladies a fighting chance. If you drive the ball less than 160 yards from the forward tee, you won't reach many greens from the front tees.
Ladies need to have a 200yard drive and a great fairway wood to play here.

Last time I visited this course was over a decade. Glad I came back. Nice warm up track to play. Would love to play here again. Not your high end course but still enjoyable. Any time there is a deal here, I would come and play.
