WAY over-priced for the quality of the course compared to others in the area. The day we played it was cart paths only, and pace of play was over five hours. In talking with both starter and ranger, neither of these conditions is unusual. We played in mid-June, and they had only had four days when it was not cart-paths-only. Seems like very poor design, for such a new course, to not have planned for better drainage. Starter was friendly, but most of the other personnel didn't seem to care if we were there or not. For a course off the beaten path, they need to do better.... there are too many other great courses in the area to play.
For what we paid this course was a joke. 5 1/2 hour, cart path only, no marshal and no beverage cart. The rough was 6 inches deep right off the fairways and aprons. The staff in the pro shop very unfriendly.
