Sorry, I would never recommend this golf course. I’ve never met a more disrespectful and demeaning golf pro staff. We simply requested a rain check after playing 9 holes and after returning 3 days later the course would not honor this commitment after scheduling in there system for the rain check. If your looking for a more respectful experience look else where the pros and staff here are complete assholes.
One of Pete Dyes finest. A True Gem Of a Golf Course. Golf at the most purest of forms! From the staff in the clubhouse to the pristine fairways and greens, this course is a must to play if in North Myrtle Beach. IT IS A LITTLE PRICEY which is the biggest drawback, but it is definately worth the cost. One of my top 3 courses to play!
Played the Die course in June of 2009 and thought it was the best of Barefoot by far. It was hands down the most difficult but it was set up really nice and had such a fun layout. I was down with 20 guys in a ryder cup format so it was impossible for that not to be an awesome time. Fazio was ok but play the Dye first and you will be tested. A few spots we not maintained but overall I would say 8/10.
