I paid $155 to play the Robert Trent Jones course today (March 31, 2013). I think I paid that price just to play one hole on the ocean. The course was in ok condition. The bunkers on the front had not been raked in days by the looks of them and one was completely closed for renovations. I stopped in the pro shop where I paid before my round and all they said was "sorry, it is a public course and some guests do not rake." I was the second group on the course that morning so I guess he meant the guests the day before. For the price, I expect clean bunkers.. Sorry!

A perfect picture of an average golf course. Though it is in good condition. The layout is mediocre. There is no risk reward, there are no true testers which are tough pars. Don't waste your money here, head over to Sea Pines.

Course is in Excellent Condition. The greens are the best on the Island so far. Hole #10 and 11th tee box is amazing standing above the dunes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.. Simply the best Hilton Head has to offer!!
