Very poorly conditioned in 2010. Many dead spots on fairways, traps are a disaster, unraked and with very soft sand. Many plugged lies for lies in footprints 2" deep. Never has played very fast. Last round during the week we teed off 40 minutes late and it took almost 5 1/2 hours. There are many other quality courses in the Cincy/Dayton area, so don't waste your money on this one.
