Today was my first time playing this course. I was excited to play as I heard nothing but great things about it. The course was in fantastic shape with spectacular views. The members however seem "snobbish". The repeated "dirty looks" we received made everyone in our group feel a bit uncomfortable. I can assure you, we all conducted ourselves professionally and did nothing to warrant the "looks" we received (we just were not members). Although I would love to play this course again, it is Not a course I would seek membership in as we were discouraged with the "snobby members" and the "corporate feel".
Course is in great shape. But we were told to speed it up a little at a 3:45 pace... When no one was behind us. The ranger made a comment that the group in front of us were two holes ahead.... Um they tee'd off 1 an hour before us... Anyway, the corporate feel does sway me away from this place, although its nice, I almost feel like its too much. I rather play a lot of other golf clubs in the area than this one, such as Fiddlers Elbow, Trump National. I even like Architects or Heron Glen better. Can't argue with the maintenance at this place though, 10 out of 10.
Loved the course, two different nines. pace of play great, service very good and after round oak room has good food, drinks and atmosphere. I also noticed that TPC Jasna Polana is in a great network of TPC clubs across the US
