The front 9 is pretty well constructed and the upkeep is generally at acceptable levels on the entire course. However, the back 9 is kind of flat and usually needing attention when the leaves are falling. The Tee boxes are poorly maintained on all holes, but the greens aren't bad unless covered in leaves and tree debris. Cart paths are in good to fair condition. Players and Staff are for the most part courteous and attentive. The fairways are well maintained if not over-mowed, and watering capabilities are somewhat limited. A pretty well laid out front 9 and a somewhat ho hum back 9. For the price it's a nice golf course to play. It has just enough hazards, trees, etc. to make it interesting. My two complaints are with the back 9 greens which tend to be covered in leaves, sticks, and anything else that can fall out of a tree. And, they have a couple of par 4's on the front 9 which are so long they have to be right at the par 5 threshold which makes them difficult to par unless you are a really long ball hitter. If you have time to play this course... it's certainly worth the playing.
