Very Hilly / both Front and Back Nine / Cart Path is close to the tee boxes, not very close to the Greens . Many Blind holes Landing areas need to be improved. food service inside needs attention. Haven't seen any improvements in the 5 years I've been playing it.
if you've ever watched a pro golf tournament on tv and wondered what it would be like to navigate those slick, undulating greens, Callahan will give you that opportunity. The greens are fantastic and challenging, making some of the pin placements "immoral" but will leave you with some stories to tell. The old house and rustic barns give you nice autumn views that are unique to the golf course. Great value for the $25 that is cost me to play. Hole #8 is one of my favorite par 3's of all time and I hate par 3's. Hole #5 is a beast par 4. Reach this green in two and earn a life long membership to the man club.
This is the best value in the North Atlant Metro Area. It is in unbelievable shape for a 2 1/2 year old course.
