This is the highest rated golf course in the country for a reason. Very classy, but yet still humble. This course is set up so each round you'll have to hit almost every shot in golf. Challenging, but fair. If you get the opportunity to play this course, take it!

There is a reason PV has been rated the best course in the US for decades, there is nothing comparable to it. Just a shame they cannot hold competitive events on it so more golfers can appreciate this design. Unique is not a big enough word for PV, I have enjoyed every round played there, but I don't know another course like it. Food is excellent, setting is very special. The short course is unlike any other. Only Augusta rivals the traditions and understated elegance. If you get the chance to play, drop everything and go.

Just the best overall golf experience there is. An utterly fantastic collection of holes...heck the short course itself it awesome! PV is in a class by itself..it well deserves to be #1 in the world!
