great course with thousands of saffron finches mixed with turkeys
undulating with 'valley' holes.
spoilt by slow play - one group of three carts with seven players
needs addressing

Unbelievable renovation including tee boxes, sand traps, fairways and more!! I play BICC 3 times a week time permitting and the course, scenery and wildlife are second to none. Staff is full of Aloha and the greens fees are a great value at $45.00 for Kam'aina in the afternoon. Can't recommend the course highly enough visitors or those lucky to live here full time-9/17/11.

Played this course on 9/7/2010. I can tell that this course had been neglected but they are working hard on improving it. Great layout and the greens, bentgrass, were perfect, the best I have ever putted on. They had a special and I was able to play for less than $50. Almost played this course twice while on vacation but picked another one and regret it, should have played it again. Was told by the staff that they would be finished with the improvements by late fall. If you are in the area it would be well worth it to play.

Unfortunately, this course has really slipped: the maintenance is, once again, gone! Supposedly Intrawest sold the course, so there is hope for a brighter future. For now, however, best to avoid this one, as there are too many other good options.
